Meet Tips and Tricks
CNS encourages all swimmers to show off their hard work by participating in swim meets! A schedule of meets can be found on the CNS calendar. Coach Long will send out information about each meet and a link where to sign up prior to the event. If you have questions concerning what event your athlete should swim, feel free to contact the coaching staff for guidance.
Swim meets are a great way to connect with other families on the team! Look for CNS apparel when you are finding your seat and be sure to cheer on all Narwhals!
Is it your first swim meet? We know it can seem overwhelming, but we promise, you’ve got this! Discover how to sign up for swim meets here, and check out all you will need to know about your first swim meet here.

Social Events
CNS is always looking at ways for athletes and coaches to connect not just in the pool, but also outside of the pool. We feel getting together outside of meets and practices helps promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging team atmosphere. We encourage all of our athletes and coaches to participate in these activities.
